Custom Report

This page is a premium page which means it is not included in the free subscription on your package.

We created this page to help gather specific orders and input them in one report. This page works similar to the search page however you can search for multiple PO numbers/names in the search field instead of a single item search.

Real Word Case Scenario:

Let’s say you have a client who gives you high volumes of work. This client is not a “one job per year” client but more than “1 job per day” client. With this constant job flow, organization is the key to the success of this business relationship. If the client uses spreadsheets, SAP or other methods other than WMJ, some times it can be difficult to connect with each other and provide job status on numerous jobs. There are cloud methods like Google Drive or Microsoft Excel that partially work but that means you’re updating 2 systems constantly which can prove troublesome since some information can be lost or not keyed in correctly in one system.

Another case scenario

The client sends spreadsheets, which are not cloud base, that has to be updated per spreadsheet. This often means the spreadsheets have to be updated with the same information as before. This repetitive task of imputing the same information for every spreadsheet means time lost on your administrative side.

That is where this Custom Report page comes in. Uploading the multiple POs that are key in WMJ to make a report of what the client asking about within seconds. You can make the report a public webpage and share the link with your client or whoever you wish. The information will have live data of the jobs and you only have an update once in your subdomain. If the client comes back tomorrow with a new report and 50% was on the other one, you make a new report within seconds and no extra work has to be done. The production status and notes are in one location and are shared on numerous reports.

Please note that this only works with the information keyed on the PO order field of the orders.
