This page (pg. 11) contains the information for users that solely want to look more into their in-house screenprinting orders.
When you visit the page, you are able to have an overview of all the screenprinting orders keyed in to WMJ. The first viewpoint of the page is the “recent activity” tab for the current screenprinting orders. This is a current live feed of the status changes for the screenprinting orders. As the day progresses, these feeds will continue to be updated. The feed shows 5 orders at a given time however if you would like to view more, simply click on the “view all inhouse-screenpriting” to see the additional screenprinting orders. A given order under this tab displays the date it was keyed in and a detailed description of what changed to move to the next step.
Under the “Recent Activities” Tab, this is where you are able to view all the in-house screenpriting orders. The section displays the due date, Job Number, PO, Job Name, Customer, Date Placed, Status and Options. The option section gives the users the opportunity to push an email to your customer. Let’s say you currently have an order and you have not yet received the files from your customer. The option section gives you the opportunity to push an email to your customer as a friendly reminder. Simply choose an order, click on the option tab and a pop up will come out. The pop up shows an overview of that order where you can input the customer’s email to send as a reminder.
